We received the pendant and within 24 hrs of being worn, 3 crystals have come out of the bolt.
The only gripe I have is it’s a little rough around the edges.
I ordered the ICED and got the plan silver one. I’ve contacted customer service by email and phone I don’t get a response. I don’t recommend ordering, took forever to receive it also!
