I bought multiple necklaces with numbers and Jewish star for my boys. One of them lost their charm when I went to replace it they notified me that I have a lifetime warranty. WHAT! I had no idea. What an amazing company to replace it whether it breaks or gets lost. Customer service is great and quick responding and shipping. My boys wear there necklaces everyday. Highly recommend
