Well…it took 2 returns and 3 orders to receive the correct product. I ordered a 20” gold tennis necklace and received a 20” silver tennis necklace twice. I asked for expedited shipping on the 3rd order due to this; and that didn’t happen. I also don’t appreciate the AI generated customer service responses I received during all of this. While the necklace is beautiful, my 14 year old son wore it for all of 30 minutes on Christmas Day before a stone fell out of it. We found the stone and I was able to glue it back on but worried we may have this issue again. For the price and the quality of other necklaces we have purchased from you in the past I didn’t think this would happen, especially so quickly.
