I ordered a black chain and I got a gold chain. I cant get ahold of anyone for a replacement. So apparently they dont have black like they say. So -10 stars from me
I received the chain and noticed the clasp didn’t work as intended, but notified triple crown and they quickly sent a replacement and now very happy with the look and feel of this chain!
Originally ordered a matte black chain, received a silver one. I initially had some issues with customer service while trying to exchange the silver for black chain. However, triple crown ended up coming through sending me the correct chain and made up for the initial issues. The chain itself is very well made and I've loved it so far!

I only started wearing chains again about a year ago lost my first one at the gym then broke its replacement only a month later at work so I started looking for a better quality. When I ran this one down not only did it look tough but I liked the black. I can say it’s great it feels heavy but the right kind of heavy and I don’t believe I will break this one!!
It took 54 days and 6 emails to receive my purchase. Upon receipt, it does appear as good quality. I hope my son loves it. As for durability I have no ability to review at this time.
I gotta say, matte black is super comfortable to wear. I’m not sure if it’s the style because I’ve got Cuban link in gold also. But it just seems this black matte is really comfortable
